The Declaration Of Tribe is a documented affirmation, timeline, manifesto, for so-called "Blacks" and/or "African-Americans" to begin to shift their paradigms to and identify with. These titles are not races, ethnicity, or nationalities. These titles were given by given post Portuguese, Spanish, British, and French imperialism and colonialism, after Negro and "colored" became taboo and socially unacceptable to the fabric of America.
